Answers to the questions that matter most before you enroll in the Self-Study course.
Buying from your country
8 questionsCan I buy this course from my country?
Yes. reconn trains, mentors and supports learners internationally, across North America, Europe including the UK and Ireland, South America, the Middle East, Africa, India, Singapore, South Korea, Australia and New Zealand. The final price and tax are calculated at checkout for your location.
What does the course cost?
The price for your location is shown in the buy box and at checkout, and it differs by region. It covers the items listed in the next question. Qualified buyers in the Middle East can also split the payment, see pay in installments with Tabby or Tamara.
What is included in the price?
The official PECB courseware for Self-Study through myPECB, two exam attempts, the PECB certification application, the first year of PECB's annual maintenance fee, a free 60-minute 1-on-1 mentoring session, and direct email and WhatsApp support until exam clearance. PECB Start is free for everyone and is not part of the price.
Is the course available in languages other than English?
Not at this time. The ISO 9001:2026 Lead Implementer course is offered in English only.
Is there an eLearning or live version?
Not at this time. This product is the Self-Study format, delivered as courseware on myPECB.
What payment methods does reconn accept?
reconn accepts credit cards and international bank transfers. Qualified buyers in the Middle East can also pay in installments through Tabby or Tamara, which you arrange with us before you order (details in the next question). The methods you can use depend on your location and are confirmed at checkout.
Can I pay in installments with Tabby or Tamara?
Yes, for qualified buyers in the Middle East. reconn offers buy now, pay later through Tabby and Tamara, so you can split the course fee into installments instead of paying it all at once. It is not a checkout option: to use it, email hello@reconn.io or message us on WhatsApp before you order, and we will set it up with you.
Tabby and Tamara are independent providers, and they decide whether you are approved. They run their own eligibility check, and they set the number of installments, any fees and the repayment schedule, all of which they show you before you confirm. Country coverage is also set by each provider and can change, so we confirm availability when you contact us. Read the provider's terms before you accept, because late or missed payments are handled under their rules, not reconn's.
If Tabby or Tamara is not available for you, you can still pay by card or bank transfer.
Can my employer pay, and can I get a corporate invoice?
Yes. Every online order receives an automated invoice. For corporate or B2B purchasing, contact reconn at hello@reconn.io or on WhatsApp before you order. Corporate classroom training is available in the Middle East and Africa only, with customized batches on request.
Recognition and credibility
8 questionsWhat is the PECB ISO 9001 Lead Implementer certification?
A PECB credential for professionals who establish, implement, operate, maintain and continually improve a quality management system based on ISO 9001. You earn it by passing the PECB exam and then applying to PECB and meeting the experience requirements for your level.
What does an ISO 9001 Lead Implementer do?
A Lead Implementer plans and leads a QMS implementation. That includes initiating the project, planning the work, implementing processes and documented information, measuring QMS performance, driving continual improvement and preparing the organization for a certification audit.
Is the certification UKAS accredited?
PECB's ISO 9001 Lead Implementer certification scheme is accredited by UKAS (accreditation no. 21923). Accreditation belongs to PECB and to the named scheme, not to the course. See PECB's accreditations and the UKAS schedule.
Does this credential certify my employer?
No. The credential is personal and shows your competence. An organization's ISO 9001 certificate comes from an accredited certification body after it audits the organization's quality management system (QMS).
Is the credential recognized internationally?
PECB is an international certification body and issues the credential to candidates worldwide. Whether a particular employer or client accepts it is their decision, so check with them if it matters for a specific role or tender.
Does this course cover ISO 9001:2026 or ISO 9001:2015?
It covers ISO 9001:2026, the sixth edition, which replaces ISO 9001:2015. PECB updated its ISO 9001 courses to the 2026 edition on 2 October 2026.
What changed in ISO 9001:2026?
The clause structure is unchanged, with the same Clauses 4 to 10. Clause 3 now includes a limited set of core management system terms, while ISO 9000 remains the reference for quality vocabulary. Quality culture and ethical behavior are addressed, risks and opportunities are considered separately, planning of changes to the QMS is strengthened, and Annex B has been removed.
What do the 2026 changes mean for an implementer?
You build a QMS that shows how leadership shapes quality culture and ethical behavior, treats risks and opportunities as separate topics, and plans and controls changes to the QMS. The course teaches the standard and the implementation approach together.
The course
10 questionsWhat will I learn?
How to interpret ISO 9001:2026 as an implementer and how to initiate, plan, implement, monitor, measure and continually improve a quality management system (QMS), and how to prepare an organization for a certification audit. The seven topics match the seven exam domains listed on this page.

Is there a bundle with the Lead Auditor course?
Yes. The Lead Auditor and Lead Implementer bundle costs less than buying both courses separately. Each course keeps its own exam and its own 12-month window.
What is PECB Start, and is it included with my course?
PECB Start is PECB's free learning space in myPECB for people entering digital trust. It is free for everyone and needs no payment details. When you enroll through reconn, reconn activates your PECB account, so you can open PECB Start in myPECB from day one.
